Membership Fees

Membership Fees may be paid online using PayPal. Please follow the instructions below.

1. Change the quantity to reflect the correct amount (for example, change the quantity to “3″ for a payment of $150).
2. Click the “Update Cart” button
3. Proceed to checkout.
