June Performances, Music Festival and our first week on the road!

The month of June is a very busy month for the corps.. here is a list of our performance dates and locations.

Sunday, June 2nd Dorchester Ma Parade

Saturday, June 8th Greely Park Nashua NH Concert

Sunday, June 16 Charlestown MA Parade

Saturday, June 22 Nashua NH Spartans Music Festival with Symphony New Hampshire. This will be the first time we exhibit our 2013 show “Live Free”. This event is held at Stellos Stadium in Nashua, and is free to the public. All alumni, family and friends are invited to come watch the corps play with the Symphony Brass, watch a brief ensemble practice and then see the corps in all its brand new uniforms and equipment perform under the lights! The show starts at 6PM!!!!

June 23rd, Sunday Millbury MA Parade

Friday night June 28th.. all members are required to be with the corps for the entire next week as we perform in our first DCI shows and perform at multiple parades and concerts 4th of July week. The members will be dismissed from the week on Saturday night July 6th.

A reminder to all corps members that from Memorial Day weekend on attendance with the corps is mandatory. (School functions are exempt from this policy after we have been informed.)

The month of May is a busy month for the corps as we get ready to prepare for our next major camp on Memorial Day Weekend. Flags are being made, uniforms in process as staging and music are being worked for the corps to bring the show to life. Stay tuned for more updates as we get closer to the end of the month!

April Camp.. PLMall

Welcome to April Camp #2.

Camp begins with a corps meeting at 6PM then we head into sectionals for the evening. Camp will end at 4PM on Sunday. All meals provided.

Please make sure you have hats, dress for the weather, chalk, dot book, remember all sleep over gear, any medicines and your water jug.

Details of the teaching plan for the weekend will be shared at a corps meeting on Friday night at 11:15 at the Boys Club.

Start of April Camp

All members are expected to report to the Pheasant Lane Mall at 6PM on Friday evening to start camp. Camp will continue from 6PM Friday night until 4PM Sunday. Details of the camp will be as follow… Friday Sectionals 6PM to 10PM. Saturday 9AM to 10PM Visual and Music. Sunday 9AM to 4PM visual/music ensemble. Please remember that all meals are provided. We will car pool to the Boys Club each night to sleep. Members are required to bring chalk, sun block, rain gear etc… PLEASE check the weather for the weekend. Visual materials will be handed out over the weekend.

Members will be picked up at 4PM on Sunday from the mall, to head home.
